Second Hand And New Homes Market Starting To Boom
The market for second-hand and new homes is starting to become increasingly eventful, with purchases starting in early 2021, resulting in more than 1,600 newly built homes being sold by developers between December 2020 and February 2021, nearly half of last year’s new home figures. At this rate, the number of contracts could even double this year. From previous periods, we have become accustomed to the fact that in the case of a new apartment, the XIII. district excels, but the inner-Pest districts also attract a good number of new owners.
Compared to previous quarters, the winter period of 2021 showed outstanding customer interest not only in second-hand but also in newly built residential properties.
